I’m not able to find any other evidence of these emails on the web at this time, so posting here in case others receive the same spam/malicious email. Konoba Dubrava seems to be a legit and well-rated restaurant in Croatia (I have never visited), so either this is spoofing or someone has hacked their account. I sent a note to them through their contact form with a heads up. Update 11/11/20: I’ve since received three more of these and got no response from making contact. “Dear (email)

The next variation appears to have been sent from info@fisioonolot.com. This domain appears to be tied to a physical therapy center in Spain. “Dear customer,

And now I have a third variation! The latest comes via info@magnolia-kazanlak.com, a tavern in Bulgaria.
